Terms of Service
All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site is subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time with immediate effect and without prior or direct notice.
All prices are in AUD. All transactions on this site are processed using Stripe. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon order of your item.
Inaccuracies, Omissions and Errors
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Warranties & Liabilities
In no case shall Pooky and Boo Homewares for Pooch, be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, replacement costs, or any similar damages, arising from your use of any of our products.

Shipping & Returns
If for some reason you are not happy with your product(s), please contact Pooky & Boo email@example.com to arrange for a refund or exchange (excluding postage).
Pooky & Boo will not refund due to change of mind on your purchase. Returned items must reach us in their original condition and packaging and be suitable for re-sale. Postage and any insurance costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. You will receive a store credit for the cost of the item. Pooky & Boo will not refund any goods that have not been returned. Items with personalised laser etched names and custom orders are non-refundable.
Any product that is received with defect in material or workmanship may be returned for exchange or refund. Pooky & Boo must be notified within 3 days of receipt of order. Please return the item in its original unused condition and in the original packaging.
You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods by email and return goods to us within 10 days to be eligible. Items must be unused, undamanged, unwashed, unstained and in original packaging with tags intact.
Customers who wish to cancel an order must contact Pooky & Boo as soon as possible. We will make our best effort to cancel orders; however, certain cancellations may not be possible. For custom made orders or personalised items, cancellation may not be possible.
We ship within Australia through Australia Post for a flat rate of $9.95AUD. Our deliveries are made direct to your requested delivery address. Delivery time is measured from the date your order is dispatched and you receive your tracking information. Please contact Pooky & Boo if you have any enquiries regarding shipping and freight.
All items are shipped through Australia Post. It is the customer’s responsibility to bring the purchased item into their home. If for any reason Australia Post is not able to successfully deliver your items, they will either leave a card with instructions on where to collect the items, or will attempt to deliver the items to you a second time otherwise it will be returned to your closest Australia Post Office or freight depot. It is your responsibility to collect the parcel and will not incur any cost to Pooky & Boo for redeliveries or collections.
For orders shipped to international shipping addresses, please contact Pooky & Boo firstname.lastname@example.org for a freight quote. Please note that methods of shipping available vary by destination and by product weight information. Tracking information to international shipping addresses is also limited, and we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Cost of shipping to international destinations does not include the cost of taxes, tariffs or other customs fees. All taxes, tariffs and other customs fees are the responsibility of the receiver.
Pooky & Boo recognise the importance of your privacy, and we only collect and keep information that you provide to us that is essential in completing a successful transaction with you. Any personal information supplied to us is solely used to identify and process your orders, organise delivery and provide you with more information on our products. When necessary, customer information will, however, be shared with one or more third parties solely for the purpose of credit card authorisation and order fulfilment.
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
